Privacy Policy

We keep this simple because we’re dog people, not data-hoarding corporations.

  1. What We Collect

    • Order info you give us: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone (only if you add it).

    • Payment info: handled 100% by Stripe and/or PayPal — we never see or store your full card numbers.

    • Basic site usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Wix Analytics and Google Analytics).
      — only to see what products Aussies owners love most).

    • Newsletter subscribers: just your email address.

  2. How We Use It

    • To pack and ship your collars, hoodies, and leather the same or next day.

    • To send order confirmations, tracking numbers, and the occasional “your Aussie is gonna look fire in this” update.

    • To improve the site (e.g., “people abandon cart on size charts → let’s fix that”).

    • To send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe with one click anytime).

  3. Who Sees Your Info

    • Printify (our fulfillment partner) — they print/ship swag and leather and see only what’s needed to get it to your door.

    • Stripe & PayPal — payment processing only.

    • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) — name + address only.

    • Nobody else. We do not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  4. Cookies & Tracking

    • We use cookies so your cart doesn’t disappear when you switch tabs.

    • We also use Google Analytics to see traffic sources and popular products. You can block these with browser settings or tools like uBlock Origin if you prefer.

  5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

    • Want to see, download, or delete your data? Email support@onlyaussies.com — we’ll handle it within 7 days, no questions asked.

    • California residents: we do not sell your personal information (so no “Do Not Sell My Data” link required).

  6. Security

    • The site runs on HTTPS with 256-bit encryption.

    • Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant through Stripe/PayPal.

  7. Children

    • This site is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from kids.

  8. Changes
    If we ever change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
